		<description>Great tips Frank!  It&#039;s so simple to do, yet I rarely see any cyclists actually follow the rules or use common sense.  Maybe they don&#039;t realize it, but they&#039;re doing the same stuff aggressive drivers do.  (And as you pointed out, just making for more bad blood between cyclists and motorists.)</description>
